Mid-tier civilizations harness materials from the land, caves, trees, and rocks. They trade gems with outsiders for energy source. Some have small ships to voyage to nearby planets.

Stellar events are driven by Anarog, a cosmic happening in which the opposing forces change place…for several eons Order prevails and there is balance in the cosmos, but once the energy of Anarog permeates, it is time for chaos to consume the outer world. This happens in a tide for several millennia…the change from order to chaos and from chaos to order is not immediate, it happens slowly over time.
